Greensteam Kilkenny – Terms & Conditions

By booking or submitting an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service
   Greensteam Kilkenny provides vehicle cleaning and detailing services (interior and exterior) using water, steam, and cleaning products as requested.

2. Customer Responsibility
   Customers must ensure their vehicle is in suitable condition for cleaning and remove all valuables before service.

3. Assumption of Risk
   The use of water, steam, and cleaning products may affect sensitive components such as sensors, electronics, and upholstery.

4. Limited Liability
   Greensteam Kilkenny is not responsible for electrical or sensor damage caused by pre-existing faults, poor sealing, aftermarket modifications, or material sensitivity.
   Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

5. Pre-Existing Damage
   We are not liable for pre-existing scratches, dents, rust, worn fabrics, weak seals, or other existing damage that may worsen during cleaning.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Short-notice cancellations may incur a 50% service fee.

7. Weather Conditions
   Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to adverse weather.

8. Indemnity
   Customers agree to hold Greensteam Kilkenny harmless from any claims or losses except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. Payment
   Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Kilkenny.

11. Acceptance
    By placing an order or booking a service, you automatically agree to Greensteam Kilkenny’s Terms and Conditions.
